Morris Darbo, Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of Liberia Vision Builders Company (LVBC). With more than 15 years of professional experience in leadership, project management, and organizational development, Morris has led national and international programs that strengthened institutions, built partnerships, and delivered measurable impact. He holds a Master’s degree in Public Sector Administration from Cuttington Graduate School, a BSc in Secondary Education from United Methodist University, and additional Associate degree and diplomas in Education, Project Management, Leadership and Administration from LCCC, VFPUC and Cambridge College International, UK. He is also pursuing an MBA at Nexford University and an LLB at the Louis Arthur Grimes School of Law. As CEO, Morris is committed to positioning LVBC as a trusted partner for businesses and entrepreneurs, driving innovation, empowerment, and sustainable economic growth in Liberia.
Frances Mary Konneh – Human Resource Manager
Frances Konneh is the Human Resource Manager at Liberia Vision Builders Company (LVBC), bringing a strong background in human resource management, finance, and organizational behavior. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Cyprus International University and a BBA in Accounting from Stella Maris Polytechnic, with additional certifications in Business Administration (Berlin School of Business & Innovation) and Project Management. With experience spanning finance, client relations, consulting, and organizational management, Frances has worked with both local and international organizations, including MBH Power Ltd (EU-funded project) and Agriculture Information Management System (USAID-funded project). Her career demonstrates a commitment to efficiency, compliance, and sustainability, with proven expertise in payroll administration, client relations, and leadership development. At LVBC, Frances leads HR functions with a focus on talent development, compliance, and organizational growth, ensuring that businesses receive trained, reliable, and performance-ready staff while promoting a culture of excellence and accountability.
Augustine S.B. Tokpah – Finance Manager
Augustine Tokpah is the Finance Manager at Liberia Vision Builders Company (LVBC), bringing over a decade of experience in finance, procurement, logistics, and administration across government, private sector, and donor-funded projects. He holds a BBA and AA in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance/Accounting from Stella Maris Polytechnic, and is a Certified Development Project Manager (CDPM) with additional professional training from PM4DEV (Washington, D.C.) and Harvard Business Publishing (IRC-sponsored Compass Program). He has served in senior finance roles with the International Rescue Committee (USAID CHA Project), Solway Mining Inc., and the National AIDS Commission (Global Fund Project), where he oversaw financial operations, budgeting, compliance, audits, and reporting. Augustine is proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and financial data analysis, with a proven track record of strengthening systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting sustainable organizational growth. At LVBC, he leads the finance department with a focus on accountability, transparency, and efficiency, ensuring that the company’s resources are managed effectively to support its mission of powering Liberia’s socioeconomic growth.
Paul Gobah – Partnership Manager
Paul Gobah is the Partnership Manager at Liberia Vision Builders Company (LVBC), with over a decade of professional experience working with NGOs and INGOs, including GTZ, LOIC, USAID, Plan International, IOM, CTG, the European Union, and LAWCS. He holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance and has built a career at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategic partnerships. At LVBC, Paul serves as a bridge builder—connecting organizations, businesses, and communities through shared vision, contracts, and collaboration. Guided by his “Win-Win-Win” philosophy, he ensures that partnerships not only benefit LVBC and its clients but also deliver lasting value to customers and communities. His expertise spans program management, organizational capacity development, financial systems, and humanitarian project leadership. Passionate about mentorship and local ownership, Paul is committed to building partnerships that are ambitious yet accountable—projects that measure impact and leave communities better prepared for the future.
